1.I don't want my order now, please cancel it.

If you order it but haven't pay, it will cancel itself at last. If you have paid already, there is two situations:

1) if we have already sent out your product and it is on the way, and we are not able to get it back, we will not refund fully (will calculate our loss and then decide how much refund is ok)

2) If we haven't sent out your product or it has been sent out but we are able to get it back without any cost, we will make full refund.
