It is commonly used in marine applications, such as seawater systems, due to its resistance to corrosion from saltwater. The alloy also exhibits good formability, weldability, and high-temperature resistance. Copper Nickel Wire CuMn3 is used in various industries, including shipbuilding, heat exchangers, and electrical components, where durability and resistance to corrosion are critical.
