Six, the use of lifting equipment should pay attention to the following matters:
1. The construction unit should have professional personnel to operate the lift when using it. Before the operation, the potential hazards in the construction area should be carefully checked, and the construction work can only be started after the safety is confirmed.
2. Before using the lifting platform, the operator should comprehensively check the machine and equipment to ensure that the lifting frame is free, the screws are firm, the steel wire rope is not corroded and well-lubricated.
3. The lifting platform should be placed on the flat ground and is not allowed to be used on steep slopes. When in use, the stability bracket should be opened to check the stability of the bracket and prevent the lifting platform from sliding by itself.
4. During construction, the staff at the top of the lifting platform should work in the working bucket, and take necessary personal protection measures, shall not ride, stand on the protective fence, and shall not exceed the rated load lifting operation of the working bucket.
5. The top of the lifting platform is not allowed to place a variety of ladders or other high items on the platform, the staff should ensure that the feet are on the ground when leaning out to work, otherwise the lifting platform should be moved.
6. When the lifting platform is raised, attention should be paid to maintaining the prescribed safe distance from the overhead wire; When the staff of the lifting platform transfer tools or materials up and down, the rope should be used to lift the tools and materials. The staff on the platform should take safety measures to prevent the tools or materials from falling from the height and injuring others.
7. The electric lifting platform should be well grounded, the protective layer of the power cord should be complete, and the copper wire should not be exposed; Take protective measures when the power cable crosses the channel.
8. It is forbidden to use electric lifting platform outdoors on rainy days.
