Equipment Description:
Contact resistance tester output DC 200A/100A current to test the contact resistance of circuit breaker or high current cable contacts. It is designed according to IEC62271. The main application of the tester is measurement of circuit breaker contact resistance. All the test results of the tester could be print by the micro-printer which is integrated in the tester. Also all the test results saved in the tester could be upload to PC computer and then convert to MS WORD document.
Main Functions:
| Introduction |
HYHL-200A loop resistance tester adopts digital circuit technology and switch circuit technology, used as a special equipment for measuring switch control device contact resistance and loop resistance. Test current adopts recommended 100A DC recommended by national standard GB763. It can directly measure loop resistance or contact resistance under current of 100A, 200A and directly display out. They can also be saved in the instrument with maximum groups up to 100. The saved data can be uploaded to computer via RS232 interface. The instrument has accurate measuring, stable performance, and is suitable for power supply department on-site maintenance and measurement of high voltage switch factory loop resistance. It provides DC power supply of no less than 200A.Through scientific calculation to make the resistance measurement value not affected by the current fluctuation. It is called contact resistance tester, switch loop resistance tester, contact loop resistance tester, contact (circuit) resistance tester, and loop resistance tester. |
