Model HYDW-5A, Grounding resistance tester for different frequency ground grid, is the high precision measuring instrument that is used in measuring the ground resistance and testing related parameters in substations and other situations. The outstanding advantages of this instrument are small in size, light in weight, portable and precise and capability of anti-interfere is strong.

Full touch large LCD display
Being simple to operate, Model HYDW-5A is equipped with a full touch LCD display, which enables the users to operate it without additional training, because every procedures of the operation is vivid and clear with the full graphical operating interface. The whole process of measurement can be completed by simple touch, so it is the most ideal intelligent measuring equipment at present.
Frequency conversion technology and accurate measurement
Strong capability of anti-interfere. The built-in frequency conversion power module can provide the output power for measurement with the frequency varying from 45Hz to 55Hz. It also adopts the high-end digital filtering technology to avoid various power-line interference signals, which makes sure the instrument can give accurate, precise and reliable measurement.
DPS high speed processor
Accurate and fast. Instrument has adopted the professional DPS high speed digital processor as its operation core, which tremendously improved its processing capacity on the premise of ensure measured data accurate.
Intelligent measurement and control during whole process
With the strong support of high performance processing inner core, the instrument can achieve a series of complex and difficult process quickly and automatically, including the current output, voltage acquisition and frequency transformation during the whole measuring process. What’s more, it can
automatically judge the impedance of the current loop and adjust the output value of the different frequency power supply accordingly (the rated output is 5A ) without any intervention from people. And the content of the testing includes the ground impedance of the ground grid Z, the pure resistance component R and the pure inductance component X.
Mass storage of data
The instrument is equipped with calendar chip and mass storage device, which can store the result according to the time order. So it is convenient for the users to check the record and print it.
PC data processing
The data measured by the instrument can be derived by USB flash disk and it is easy to check and manage relevant data on the computers.
