In recent years, China's semiconductor industry has witnessed remarkable strides, especially with the robust expansion of large-scale chip manufacturing enterprises along the southeastern coast. Chip fabrication is a resource-intensive process, demanding vast quantities of water and relying heavily on chemical reagents and specialized gases. Consequently, the wastewater generated contains a complex matrix of substances. The pursuit of an optimal wastewater treatment solution that ensures regulatory compliance, curtails operational costs, maximizes reclaimed water reuse, reduces per-unit energy consumption, and conserves water resources has emerged as a pivotal area of our research endeavors.
II. Process Flow
Wastewater → Collection Tank → Chemical Dosing → Reaction Tank → Sedimentation Tank → Chemical Dosing → Sand Filtration → Carbon Filtration → Fine Filtration → Booster Pump → Ultrafiltration (UF) → UF Water Tank → Booster Pump → Chemical Dosing → Fine Filtration → High-Pressure Pump → Reverse Osmosis (RO) → Pure Water Tank → Water Usage Point

Enhanced Degradation: Extends retention of large, hard - to - break - down molecules to improve decomposition.
