IV. Design Highlights
The system adopts fully automatic control (with manual control also available). During operation, automatic backwash and regeneration programs can be preset.
All unit wiring is completed in the factory, reducing installation and commissioning time.
Both the primary and secondary reverse osmosis systems are equipped with recirculation pipelines. The RO system includes chemical cleaning and disinfection devices.
Piping is made of 304/316L stainless steel, with both sanitary and non-sanitary grade designs.
The entire ultrapure water treatment system is constructed from stainless steel, featuring a smooth, flat surface with no dead angles, making it easy to clean and sterilize. It is corrosion-resistant to prevent rusting.
Sterile ultrapure water can be produced directly from tap water, fully replacing distilled water and double-distilled water.
Stainless steel piping is welded automatically and inspected internally using endoscopy.
The purified water storage tank is equipped with a breather filter, and the distribution pipeline is fitted with a UV sterilizer and microporous filter to ensure the water meets sanitary standards.
Integrated control and instrumentation systems provide convenient operation and management.
The system features online monitoring, scheduled printing, and water quality alarm functions to ensure the safety and reliability of your process water supply.
