Product Description
Metal bracket: Made of stainless steel, with a smooth surface and no burrs, it has high strength and rust resistance, suitable for humid (such as kitchens and bathrooms), outdoor (such as balconies) and other scenes, and will not deform after long-term use, ensuring the accuracy and stability of pulley installation.
Blue wheel body: Most likely modified nylon, wear-resistant, self-lubricating, with metal bearings, low rolling resistance, silent and smooth when pushing and pulling doors and windows, and can buffer track impact and extend track life.
Product Features
Daily maintenance: clean track debris every quarter (use a brush + vacuum cleaner), and drip 1-2 drops of silicone-based lubricant on the wheel bearing (to prevent grease from absorbing dust) to keep it smooth; if there is abnormal noise or large sliding resistance, check the wheel wear and track deformation first.
Replacement logic: When the pulley bracket is deformed, the wheel body is cracked/severely worn (rolling jams), it needs to be replaced as a whole. When replacing, remove the door and window sash (lift it up and push it outward), unscrew the old pulley screws, install the new pulley and debug it to ensure that it fits the track and slides smoothly.
