Light Weight Granite Stone Honeycomb Panel For Indoor Decoration
Product Description
Light Weight Granite Stone honeycomb panel is a structure sandwiched with aluminium plate, aluminium honeycomb core and very thin marble stone veneer. Its advantages includes light weight, limited radiation pollution, stone material saving, broader size and so on. The mainly application fields are ceiling, curtain wall, indoor wall panel, floors etc, which are being more and more widely used on the decoration and renovation of the industries of construction, vehicles, ships, etc.
PASIA's protectvie film is developed by our our R&D team with repeated trials and improvement to make the performance approved by authorized organization and clients. The film shows excellent anti-weathering and anti-corrosion permances when exposed to rigid environment. It makes the natural marble stone surface insulated from the air and outside environment while its transparant and no color film makes the marble surface show 100% to the outside.
The advantages of the stone honeycomb panel:

| 1) | Light weight | The marble veneer for the marble composite panel with aluminium plastic panel can be only 3 ~ 5mm thick. Commonly used composite panel with tiles or granite is only with a thickness of about 12mm. It saves much cost at least on the transportation. Accordingly, it is the best choice for the use on the building with a load limit. |
| 2) | high strength | Marble sandwiched with the tiles, granite, aluminum honeycomb panels and other composite, the bending and fracture resistance, shear strength were significantly improved, which greatly reduce the breaking rate during transportation, installation and use. |
| 3) | Improved anti-pollution ability | Regular original marble plate will change color or with dirty pollution on the surface if using the cement wet pasting. While for the composite panel, as the dense and hard substrate and the glue film, the above mentioned situation will not happen. |
| 4) | Easier to control color difference | The marble veneer used on the marble composite panels is three or four times more than the original plate. Therefore, the color and pattern can be 3 or 4 times more the same as the original marble plate. |
