DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
DTF Powder Product model: DS220
Application: DTF TPU powder is primarily used in the textile and garment industry for digital printing on fabrics. It provides a versatile and efficient solution for creating vibrant and detailed prints on both natural and synthetic fabrics.
Printing Process: The DTF printing process involves several steps. First, a digital design or artwork is created using specialized software. The design is then printed onto a transfer film using a digital printer equipped with sublimation or pigment inks. The printed transfer film is then placed onto the fabric, and the DTF TPU powder is evenly distributed over the film using a powder shaking machine. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine to transfer the ink and powder onto the fabric, resulting in a durable and vibrant print.
