Second, we use our sharpener, sharpen the dull knife
1. place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife, put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times for coarse sharpening
2. put the knife into diamond rod stage, pull back several times for fine sharpening
3. put the knife into ceramic blade stage for polishing.
4. we use the same knife to cut the sponge again
