Fused AZS33# 36# 41# zirconia corundum brick
Fused zirconia corundum brick(also known as AZS brick) is made by the process of completely melting the raw material firstly and then cast in the mold, finally cooling, solidification. This product shrinkage should be paid special attention in using, which is caused during the volume shrinkage in the condensation process. Fused zirconia corundum brick casting methods divide into ordinary casting, tilting casting, no shrinkage casting and quasi-no shrinkage casting. AZS products with different casting methods can meet the use requirements of various parts in the ceramic frit furnace, spent flower alkali furnace, glass kiln . We can produce AZS brick according to your specification or requirements. Special detailed bricks technical data sheet are avalible upon request.
Fused Cast AZS33#
Dense microstructure of Fused Cast AZS 33# bricks to glass corrosion resistant performance is good, not easy to produce slag and other defects in glass kiln. It is the most widely used in the products of glass furnace, the upper part of the structure is mainly applicable to the molten pool, pool wall brick and tile work pool, material etc.

Fused cast AZS36# brick due to the increase in chain like zirconia more crystals, and glass phase content is relatively low, so the 36# fused zirconia corundum brick corrosion resistance has been further enhanced. So suitable for glass liquid velocity faster or high temperature region.

Fused Cast AZS41# brick is in addition to silica, alumina eutectic in vitro, It also contains more uniform distribution of zirconia crystals, in zirconia corundum brick system, its corrosion resistance is the best.
