The integral joint is an indispensable part in the connection of high-pressure fluid pipelines, which can effectively realize the functions of fluid diversion, fluid co-flow, and fluid change of direction.
The integral joints produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are a series of products that have been innovatively improved. The integral joint blank is forged from high-quality alloy steel as a whole. It undergoes strict heat treatment during the manufacturing process. It has the characteristics of compact structure, uniform wall thickness, long service life, beautiful and flat appearance, strong interchangeability of connection ends, and convenient connection. Thickening treatment is designed in places such as elbows and joints where fluid changes direction and inner wall erosion is more serious to extend the safe service life. The pipe fittings use union ports, which are convenient for connection with other pipe fittings or devices, or are designed as welding port connections according to API SPEC 6A standards.
Our company Huichi petro provides various series and welded pipe fittings, integral joints. Including: L-type 90° elbows, long radius 90° elbows, T-type joints, Y-type joints, manifold joints, cross joints, fishtail joints, three-dimensional manifold joints, three-dimensional cross joints, and three-dimensional Y-type joints. The specifications are 2"~4", with rated working pressure of 21~140MPa (3000psi~20000psi). We can provide various models and specifications of products for use under normal temperature, low temperature and sulfur-containing gas conditions. In addition to the types listed on this page, we can customize integral joints for special purposes and specifications according to user requirements.
1. Our Integral Fittings are made from high grade steel, fully heat treated and hardened to ensure superior mechanical properties;
2. These products can be manufactured with various end connections. Special purpose and specification integral fittings can be customized according to user requirements;
3. Our Integral Fittings are suitable for both standard and sour gas service. We provide various models and specifications of products used under normal temperature, low temperature and acidic environment (H2S) conditions. Anti-H2S integral fittings are manufactured according to NACE MR 0175 standard;
4. Each of our Integral Fitting is made from high alloy forged steel that is heat treated for long lasting performance. Strengthening treatment is carried out in the places where the fluid changes direction and the inner wall is severely eroded to extend the safe service life.
5. Integral fittings include: L-type fittings, long radius 90° elbows, T-type fittings, Y-type fittings, manifold fittings, cross fittings, fishtail fittings, three-dimensional manifold fittings, three-dimensional cross fittings, and three-dimensional Y-type fittings.
