The flat plate valves produced and sold by our company Huichi petro include: Flat plate valve with tail stem, Flat plate valve with concealed stem, FC valve (flat plate valve with floating seat).
1. Designed and manufactured according to API6A, 6D and NACE MR0175 standards;
2. The sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve plate is welded with hard alloy, which is not easy to corrode and can withstand erosion;
3. The seal of the valve seat and the valve plate, and the valve stem seal all adopt imported lip-type combined seal structure, which is easy to use and has a small valve switching torque;
4. The valve stem is designed with a reverse sealing device, and the sealing packing can be replaced under working pressure;
5. The gate valve structure has a rising stem type and a concealed stem type, and the valve opening has obvious signs;
6. The valve plate structure has an integral type and an expansion type;
7. The valve seat structure has a floating type and a fixed type;
8. The drive mode has manual, hydraulic and gear transmission;
9. The connection methods have flange, threaded and clamp connection.
