  Product Description:    

    The fluid end module is the main component and important accessory of the hydraulic end of the oil drilling rig mud pump. It is a high-precision high-pressure valve product. The working conditions of the fluid end module is high pressure, high impact, high abrasiveness and other harsh working environments. Therefore, during the maintenance and repair of the mud pump, the valve box is a vulnerable part that needs to be replaced frequently. Its function is mainly used for the suction and discharge of the mud pump at the hydraulic end of the mud pump.

    The fluid end module material produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength high-quality alloy steel 35CrMo or 40CrMnMo. At the same time, the leading XH768 CNC processing equipment and process integrating drilling, milling and tapping are used in the inner cavity processing, so that the valve box can withstand higher working pressure, improve the processing accuracy and safety factor of the valve box, and make the valve box have the advantages of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The three cylinders of each pump are interchangeable. If the user requires, the surface of the cylinder can be treated with chemical nickel plating to enhance its corrosion resistance and better adapt to the drilling process requirements of oil fields such as high pump pressure and large displacement. The valve boxes we produce are compatible with many international brand products, such as BOMCO F series, Gardner Denver PZ series, Ideco T series, National P series, I type, L type, etc. This product is not only popular in major oil fields in China, but also exported to the United States, the Middle East and other markets.

    The production of this product complies with API SPEC 7K specifications. In addition, we can also process and produce other types of valve boxes according to customer drawings and requirements. Above process is strictly checked and strict non-destructive testing.
