Product Overview

Working Principle

When the Casing Cup Tester is working, the sealing cup is tightly attached to the inner wall of the casing through a mechanical device to form a closed test space. Then a test medium (usually nitrogen or water) with a certain pressure is injected into the space, and the pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure changes in the test space in real time. If there is a leak in the casing, the pressure in the test space will drop rapidly, and the sensor will transmit the pressure change signal to the control system. After analysis and processing, the system accurately displays the leak location and amount.
