Product structure and principle:

1. Structure: The roller square bushing is usually composed of a body, rollers, shafts, thrust bearings and other components. The body is an integral frame structure, which is sturdy and durable and can withstand huge pressure and torque. The rollers are evenly distributed on the inside of the body, connected to the body through a shaft, and can rotate flexibly. The thrust bearing is installed under the roller to withstand the axial force of the drill bit.
2. Principle: During drilling operations, the square drill rod is inserted into the roller square bushing. When the turntable rotates, the torque of the turntable is transmitted to the square drill rod through the contact between the roller and the square drill rod, thereby driving the drill tool to rotate for drilling.
