Precautions for use

‌Installation requirements‌

Before installation, foreign objects in the pipeline need to be cleaned to avoid clogging the valve core or damaging the sealing surface;

Reserve space for easy operation and maintenance to facilitate later maintenance.

‌Medium and working condition adaptation‌

For highly corrosive media, all stainless steel or isolation diaphragm valves should be selected;

Clear the medium state (gas/liquid/steam) to avoid coil burning or seal aging caused by wrong selection;

The nominal pressure must be higher than the maximum working pressure of the pipeline to ensure safety.

‌Operation and maintenance‌

Follow the instructions for opening and closing operations (such as high-pressure ball valves need to be rotated forward to close and reverse to open);

Check the pipeline pressure regularly, and exhaust or adjust the valve outlet in time when abnormal;

After shutdown, the power/gas source needs to be disconnected, the valve needs to be cleaned and the residual pressure needs to be released.
