It operates via a proportional solenoid with a central thread and detachable coil, allowing for stepless adjustment of system pressure based on the electric command value. The valve is characterized by its robust construction, including a housing, proportional solenoid, valve seat, valve poppet, and integrated electronics. The command value pressure characteristic curve is finely tuned at the factory to ensure minimal manufacturing tolerance. It employs a straightforward principle where the control electronics receive a command value that dictates the current to the solenoid coil.
This current translates into mechanical force on the armature plunger, influencing the position of the valve poppet against the valve seat to regulate fluid flow between ports P and T or Y. Designed for subplate mounting with porting patterns conforming to ISO standards, this model has a size 6 component series X with a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar and can handle maximum flow rates up to l/min. The DBETE-6X/315YG24K31A1V is equipped with an electrical connection featuring Connector pole + PE according to EN standards and supports various hydraulic fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR.
