Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WE10C3X/CG24N9K4SO99 (R900511833) is a high-performance directional spool valve designed for controlling the start, stop, and direction of fluid flow within hydraulic systems. This particular model features a housing, one or two electronic solenoids, a control spool, and return springs. The wet-pin electronic solenoids actuate the control spool when energized, shifting it from its rest position to the desired end position and allowing for the regulation of flow between ports. Upon de-energization, the return spring restores the control spool to its original position. This valve includes a manual override function that permits manual operation without solenoid activation. It also incorporates throttle inserts in channels P, A, B, or T to increase flow resistance when necessary due to operating conditions.
The 4WE10C3X/CG24N9K4SO99 is engineered without spring return in its default state but can be equipped with detent (OF) for locking the control spool in place during operation to enhance energy efficiency by eliminating continuous current application to the solenoid. The product boasts compatibility with high-power solenoids and features a porting pattern that adheres to ISO standards. Its solenoid coils are rotatable by 90 degrees and can be replaced without opening the pressure-tight chamber. For electrical connections, it offers both individual and central options along with an optional auxiliary operating device. With a size component series of X and X, this directional valve can handle maximum operating pressures up to 350 bar and accommodate maximum flow rates of up to 120 l/min. It's designed for robust performance in complex hydraulic applications requiring precise control over fluid dynamics.
