Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth DA6VA2A5X/100FSM (R901224217) is a sophisticated pilot-operated pressure cutoff valve designed for precise hydraulic control. This valve is distinguished by its adjustable switching pressure differential, which allows for seamless transition between different hydraulic states. The DA6VA2A5X/100FSM model features a two-stage operation with a pilot control stage and a main stage, including a screw-in cartridge valve and check valve housed within a robust casing. The device operates by directing pump flow from port P into the accumulator of the system via port B. When the pressure at port B exceeds the preset top switching pressure, the pilot control valve activates, enabling discharge through port A Y while simultaneously closing off the connection from port B to port P. This action switches the pump flow to depressurized circulation from P to T. Furthermore, this model supports subplate mounting with a porting pattern according to ISO standards (though not fully compliant), and it can also be ordered without a locating hole for additional flexibility in installation.
It is suitable for use as a cartridge valve and features an adjustment type that includes a sleeve with hexagon and protective cap for easy operation. The DA6VA2A5X/100FSM has an adjustable switching pressure differential ranging from nbsp; to nbsp; of the nominal value, ensuring versatility across various applications. The maximum operating pressure it can withstand is bar, while it can accommodate maximum flow rates of l/min.
