Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WE 6 D6X/OFEG205N9K4/62=CSA (R978015663) is a high-performance directional control valve designed for managing the flow and direction of hydraulic fluid within a system. This solenoid-operated directional spool valve is notable for its precise control capabilities, which are crucial for starting, stopping, and directing fluid flow in various applications. The valve's construction includes a robust housing, one or two electromagnets for actuation, a control spool that dictates the flow path, and return springs that reset the spool to its neutral position when de-energized. An exception to this is the version without spring return on the control spool, which does not have a defined basic position when de-energized. The unit also features an auxiliary manual actuation mechanism allowing for manual operation in the absence of an electrical supply. For enhanced operational efficiency and energy savings, this model can be equipped with detents that hold the control spool in position without continuous electromagnet activation.
It also offers soft switching behavior options to minimize hydraulic shock during operation by reducing switching strokes. This particular model adheres to ISO porting pattern standards and offers flexibility with high-power solenoids that can be optionally rotated by 90 degrees. Electrical connections are available as either single or central connections.
