The Bosch Rexroth 4WRPEH6C4B24L-3X/M/24F1 (R901382332) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable control of oil flow direction, as indicated by its spool symbol C. This direct-actuated spool valve features an electrical connection with integrated electronics operating at a supply voltage of 24 VDC. It is designed for subplate mounting with a connector pole PE according to EN and conforms to several EU directives, including CE for electromagnetic compatibility, RoHS, and REACH Regulation EC. With its nominal flow size C and CETOP D connection diagram, the valve is suitable for a variety of applications requiring precise fluid control. It incorporates an onboard electronics OBE system that compares command values to actual positions and adjusts the control spool accordingly.
The valve has an analog command value connectivity ranging from 4 to 20 mA and offers an optional IOLink interface. The WRPEH valve's robust design includes a housing with a control spool and sleeve in servo quality, ensuring high accuracy and safety with its additional failsafe position. The damping plate option reduces electronic frequency acceleration amplitudes above 50 Hz, while the optional electronics protection membrane guards against condensate formation within the OBE housing. This Bosch Rexroth valve is known for its energy efficiency due to no pilot oil demand, flexibility in position, velocity, and pressure control applications, as well as high response sensitivity with minimal hysteresis. It can handle a maximum operating pressure of up to 350 bar and has a nominal flow rate capacity of up to 6 liters per minute.
