The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6D6X/OFEG24N9K4 (R900567512) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable switching of oil flow direction, conforming to the hydraulic symbol D. This direct-actuated spool valve features a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and offers a maximum flow of DC 80 l/min and AC 60 l/min. It is equipped with two solenoids for actuation and has a size designation corresponding to CETOP D. The electrical connection is facilitated via a connector pole with PE according to EN, ensuring compatibility and ease of integration into various systems. This unit provides flexibility with its subplate mounting type of connection, adhering to both NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 and ISO 4401 porting patterns, and can be used in either 3 or 4-way configurations. It operates on a supply voltage of 24 VDC and features two switching positions, contributing to its versatility in application.
The valve's design includes NBR seals suitable for hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and HFC. For enhanced operational efficiency and safety, options include high-power solenoids that can be rotated by 90 degrees, single or central electric connections, an optional auxiliary operating device for manual actuation without power supply, and spool position monitoring. Compliance with CE conformity according to the Low-Voltage Directive EU is ensured for electrical voltages greater than 50 VAC or 75 VDC. Additionally, the solenoid coil carries an approved component UR marking in accordance with UL508 edition standards; approval according to CSA C22.2 No.14 is also available as an option.
