Rexroth Overflow Valve DBW10A2-52 200-6EG24N9K4 is a solenoid relief valve produced by Rexroth. This relief valve is mainly used in hydraulic systems to maintain a constant pressure, often used in conjunction with flow control valves to regulate the flow rate into the system and keep the pressure of the system basically constant. It is also used for overload protection and is generally referred to as a safety valve. It is mainly used to limit the system pressure or unload the system pressure under electromagnetic drive. The manifold consists mainly of a valve body and a relief valve cartridge element. When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the pressure value set by the spring, the ball valve spool overcomes the spring force and opens, so that the oil flows into the spring chamber through the throttling orifice and is led back to the tank externally through the control channel, thus keeping the set working pressure unchanged.

Application Areas:

Quantitative pump throttling system: in this system, the quantitative pump to provide a constant flow, when the system pressure increases, the relief valve opens, so that the excess flow overflow back to the tank, to ensure that the pump outlet pressure is constant.
Safety protection: When the system is working normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (system pressure exceeds the set pressure), it will open the overflow and perform overload protection so that the system pressure will not increase.
System unloading function: a small flow solenoid valve is connected in series to the remote control port of the relief valve. When the solenoid is energized, the remote port of the relief valve is connected to the tank and the hydraulic pump is unloaded, the safety valve is now used as an unloading valve.
Remote Pressure Regulation: Used for remote pressure regulation, the inlet port of the remote regulator is connected to the remote port of the relief valve, within the set pressure range of the main flow valve, remote pressure regulation is realized.

Strong flow capacity and large flow rate: adopting casting inner runner, it has strong flow capacity and large flow rate characteristics.
Low noise and good closing characteristics: the structural design makes the valve work with low noise and good closing characteristics. Stable performance: Stable performance under various working conditions.
Light pressure adjustment: the pilot valve part of the pilot relief valve has a smaller structural size, and the regulating spring does not have to be very strong, so the pressure adjustment is lighter.
