Product Description
Balance between mold cost and unit cost: The production cost of injection molds is usually relatively high, especially for molds with complex shapes and high precision requirements. However, when products are mass-produced, since the mold cost can be spread over a large number of products, the cost per unit product will be significantly reduced. For example, for a mold with a cost of 100,000 yuan, if 100,000 products are produced, the mold cost apportioned to each product is only 1 yuan. This characteristic of cost apportionment gives injection molding a cost advantage in mass production.
High material utilization rate: During the injection molding process, plastic materials are fully filled in the mold cavity, and the material utilization rate is relatively high, which can effectively reduce material waste.
