What is Nickel Chemical Etching



Nickel chemical etching is a manufacturing method used to create highly accurate and detailed patterns on nickel and its alloys. Owing to nickel's excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and electrical conductivity, this process is widely applied in industries such as electronics, aerospace, automotive, and medical equipment.


















Features of Nickel Chemical Etching
  • Nickel is a silvery-white metal with high toughness and ductility.

  • It does not dissolve in water and shows excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis, but it can be dissolved in dilute nitric acid and aqua regia.
