Product Description:

The single-stage reverse osmosis system is an efficient water treatment equipment that utilizes reverse osmosis membrane technology to eliminate dissolved ions and pollutants in water. This technology applies pressure to make water molecules pass through a semi-permeable membrane. Through this process, the system can greatly reduce the total dissolved solids (TDS), heavy metals, and other harmful substances in water, providing high-quality pure water. The single-stage reverse osmosis systems are widely utilized in various industries, such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and many others.

 

Working Principle:

The working principle of the single-stage reverse osmosis system is based on the selective permeability of the reverse osmosis membrane. When the raw water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump, it forces water molecules to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane. In this process, most of the dissolved ions, bacteria, and organic matter are obstructed on the other side of the membrane, which leads to water purification. The pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is tiny, only permitting water molecules to pass through and, at the same time, retaining larger solutes. This results in two types of water quality: purified pure water and concentrated water.

After raw water enters the system, it is pre-treated, filtered through a security filter, and then pressurized using a high-pressure pump. The final step is through RO, where the water is purified and made into purified pure water.

Technical Parameters:

The maximum operating temperature for this product is 45℃. This means that the product should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius.

Additionally, the maximum operating pressure for this product is 41bar. It is important not to exceed this pressure limit, as doing so could result in damage to the product.

The maximum pressure drop allowed for this product is 1bar. It is important to ensure that the pressure drop does not exceed this limit, as excessive pressure drop can also cause damage to the product.

The PH value range for continuous operation should be maintained between 2~11. It is important to ensure that the PH level does not fall outside this range for extended periods of time.

If the product needs to be cleaned, the PH value range for short-term cleaning should be between 1~13.

The maximum water flow rate for this product depends on the model. For the 4040 model, the maximum water flow rate is 3.6t/h, while for the 8040 model, it is 19t/h.

The maximum allowable water supply SDI is 5. This means that the water entering the product should have a maximum SDI of 5 to prevent damage to the product.

Finally, the allowable free chlorine content should be no more than 0.1ppm. Excessive free chlorine content can damage the product.
