The compound steel bar grating is a perfect combination of steel bar grating and checkered plate, featuring beautiful appearance and high solidity. When it comes to the manufacture of compound steel bar grating, JG323/40/100, JG253/30/100 and JG323/40/100 steel bar grating are most often used as the base plate. Then, weld 3mm thick checkered plate upon the base plate. After proper polishing and surface treatment, a good condition compound steel bar grating is produced. In consideration of different working conditions, the dimensions and materials of grating and checkered plate can be customized.

Compound steel grating is widely used in the platform, corridor, bridge, well covers and stairs, fencing for petroleum, chemical, power plant, waste treatment plant, civil engineering projects and environmental projects. 3)Thickness: 3mm thickness is used as sealing; sometimes checkered plate with thickness of 4mm, 5mm or 6mm is also used as sealing plate according to customer’s requirements
4) Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing, paint or other anti-corrosive coatings are available, of which hot-dip galvanizing is generally recommended
5) Application: Industrial platform, flooring and walkway, traffic & steel structure
6) Notice: as thermal stress may cause shape distortion after hot-dip galvanizing treatment, especially when choosing large spacing grating, it’s not easy to flatten, so special attention should
