This is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface mold, and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. The vacuum forming process can be used to make most product packaging and speaker casings. It is also used to fabricate car dashboards. The first commercial manufacturer of vacuum-formed plastics was Robinson Industries of Coleman, Michigan.
1) Clients send inquiry to us & provide 3D or 2D draqing or sufficient information (length x width x thickness, quantity, material, colors etc.
2) We offer quotation in time
3) Once price confired, we prepare PI or contract
4) After PI & contract confirmed, client transfer 50% deposit to us. We as factory, prepare for tooling & mold
5) We release tooling & mold after deposit received
6) We produce samples & send to client for confirmation
7) We arrange mass production after samples approved. If any modification or change asked by clients, we will modify mold & re-make samples and send to client for approval again till confrimation.
8) Packing & delivery preparation. On the other hand clients transfer balance 50% payment.
9) On-time delivery after balance payment received.
10) B/L & other related documents send to clients once available.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
2:No quantity limited, Sample order or small order is acceptable, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 1-4 days if goods are in stock. If not in stock, we need possible 3 working days to prepare goods.
Q:How will you deliver my goods to me?
A:Normally, we will ship the goods by air, by sea and by express.
Q:Can you print my own logo on the products?
A: Yes, of course. Not only the logo, but also the packing design and other OEM services are available.

A: Our raw materials are all purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have very strict QC standard to assure our final products meet your requirements.
Q. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q:What is your warranty?
A:Our warranty is 12 months after you received the goods. We will pay high attention to after-sales service.
Q: What method do you support to make payment?
A: We support many ways, including Western union , MomenyGram or TT.
