Automatic Warm Edge Spacer Bending Machine For Insulating Glass Processing
Automatic spacer bending machine is used to bend the spacer frame for the inside of insulated glass, the spacer can use aluminum spacer, stainless steel spacer and warm edge spacer. Automatic Spacer Bending machine can read the dates from computer directly in office. There are eight different shapes of spacers available. Using PLC to control it.

• Aluminum gaskets are 6A-27A in size
• Use different bending tools for different spacers of different sizes
• Pause and reset the device to handle device failures
• Curved aluminum gasket, smooth stainless steel gasket, warm edge gasket
• The automatic aluminum bar bending machine has USB input function and can directly read files in excel format

• Printing label self-adhesive (optional)
• Curved shaped frames. Use a round wheel device to bend round frames or boxes with rounded corners. Minimum R60, maximum R150, interval size: 6A-16A). Different sizes of aluminum strips require different sizes of tools (optional)
