Overview of Automatic PIB Extruder machine
Automatic PIB extruders are used to spread the aluminum spacer frame evenly with hot melt butyl. The butyl extruder is easier to operate than before and uses a large electrical control panel. The aluminum conveyor is controlled by a frequency converter. The speed can be adjusted from 0m / min to 47m / min. The LJTB01 Butyl Extruder is a special device for manufacturing double glazing. As one of the important pieces of equipment for manufacturing double glazing, the effect of butyl adhesive is directly related to the sealing of double glazing. The device is automatic, easy to operate, and easy to use.
