Production Overview of aluminum alu-spacer bending machine
Insulating glass is made of 2 or more float glass with argon desiccant with aluminum frame. The primary seal (butyl) and the secondary seal (polysulfide or structure) between the hollow glass and the aluminum frame. When the insulating glass is coated with Low-E film, it will be effectively protected by radiation.
Automatic aluminum gasket bending machine is special equipment for manufacturing hollow glass aluminum frame, which replaces traditional manufacturing technology.
The automatic gasket bending machine can make one aluminum strip at a time, and make a variety of convex polygonal aluminum frames, thereby enhancing the strength of the aluminum frame and making the sealing effect of the insulating glass better.
