With 100% embroidered patches, all of the twill backing is covered in thread. 75% Embroidery

75% embroidered patches are custom embroidered patches and the embroidery covers 75% or less of the patch surface area. 75% embroidered patches allows the featuring both larger and centered embroidery design elements. The embroidered areas highlights the difference between height and texture of the twill backing, which adds a distinctive look and the sturdiness of the item for custom patches.

50% Embroidery

50% embroidered patches means the embroidery covers 50% or less of the surface area of the twill backing. 50% embroidered patches is good for simpler artwork or text-only designs,such as Name patches , since the large amount open space is great for showcasing your message and keeps the patch simple, classic, clean look.

1.Can i stick the iron on the patch of the clothes?
While you can wash items that have iron-on patches properly attached, care must be taken. Only wash in cold to lukewarm water and where possible, hand wash the item. If washing in the machine, only use the gentle cycle. Always turn the garment with the iron-on patch inside out when washing it. Try to keep washing to a minimum, to preserve the patch and if its edges fray a lot, you may need to trim them or even stitch them back down. It is also a good idea to read the iron-on patch manufacturer’s instructions regarding washing, as this may vary from brand to brand.

2. I'm trying to iron on a motorcycle patch to a leather vest and it's not working. Do you have any tips that could help me?
Don't put a patch on the leather. It will burn a hole in your vest. Instead, sew it on.
