Coin-type wafer boxes are especially convenient for processes requiring a single wafer to use a wafer or silicon wafer, which can avoid friction and scratches between products caused by multiple wafers stacking. They are easy to place and pick up wafers and have a variety of sizes, which can provide protection for wafers of different sizes, and are also a good choice for carrying wafer products.
Each Single Wafer Box includes a spider ring (pressure retention), a lid, and the base case. The wafer carriers have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only. The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking lid.
• It can prevent precision wafers such as Si, quartz, LiNbO3, etc, from damage and contamination during shipping and storing.
• The additional advantage is quite convenient in the process of cleaning and assembling.
• Each complete set includes three parts: container, cover, and spring.
