Composition
Composed of two components: emulsion and color paste. The main resin system consists of epoxy resin, isocyanate crosslinking agent, and toughening agent, neutralized with acid to form the emulsion. Bath Preparation
Color paste : Emulsion : Deionized water = 1:3:4 (by weight). Add appropriate additives and neutralizing agents to adjust the parameters. Let the mixture age for 48 hours, then filter and apply.
Application Process
Pre-degreasing → Degreasing → Water Rinse → Surface Conditioning → Phosphating → Water Rinse → Pure Water Rinse → Electrophoresis → Post-rinse → Drying (Also suitable for silane or ceramic pretreatment processes)
