This extruder is used for PVC315-630 pipe extrusion line. It consists of screw, barrel, driving motor, feeding system and vacuum exhausting system. It has two screws. The diameter of the screw is 92 and 188 mm. They are made of 38CrMoAlA and adopts the treatment of Nitrided. Like the screw, the barrel is Nitrided treatment. The barrel has five heating control zones. The whole heating power of it is 60kw. Its cooling system is blower fan and the cooling power is 2.2kw. The type of the gear is Helical gears and the material is 20CrMnTi. Bearings are Chinese famous brand. It has an AC motor with power of 110kw. The motor power of the vacuum exhausting system is 5.5kw with three-phase asynchronous motor working method. The motor power of the feeding system is 0.75kw.

The mould is used for PVC 315-630 pipe extrusion line. Its mouth die and core die are changeable. It possess 25 heating control zones. The heating power will up to max 105kw. The calibration unit is made of stainless steel.

The material of the vacuum tank is stainless steel which touch with the water. The vacuum pump is 5.5kw and water pump is 5.5kw. It is 5.8 meters long. And the stoke is 500mm.

 This haul-off unit is used for PVC 315-630 pipe extrusion line. The method of this haul-off unit having six caterpillars is pneumatic pressing. The length of the caterpillar is 740mm. It uses AC motors with 0.55kw of each.   

This cutter is used for PVC 315-630 pipe extrusion line. It is no dust cutting with pneumatic pressing. The moving method of the platform is also a pneumatic way. This cutter is suitable for the pipes with diameter ranged from 315-630 . The motor of this cutter is 5.5kw.
