Overall Functions

Recovery System

• Core component: Oil-free high-pressure compressor, with air-cooled structural design for the entire system.
• Protection devices: Pressure reducers and magnet-assisted solenoid valves are configured at the inlet and outlet of the recovery system to prevent damage from inlet/outlet pressure exceeding the compressor's allowable limit.

Vacuum Pumping System

• Pump type: Direct-connected vane vacuum pump, featuring small size, no oil fume/dripping/leakage, and ultimate vacuum of 10 Pa.
• Anti-oil backflow device: Prevents pump oil from flowing back into switchgear during sudden power outages or shutdowns.
• Vacuum gauge: High-precision digital vacuum gauge for accurate vacuum measurement, easy to use.
• Applications: Evacuation of the device itself, vacuum activation of filters, and evacuation of electrical equipment (optional larger vacuum unit).

Purification System

• Filters: Imported high-precision dust filter, drying filter, and decomposition product filter, controlling gas dust particle size below 1 μm and moisture content below 40 ppm.
• Regeneration technology: Vacuum heating activation regeneration, allowing the drying system to regenerate autonomously without disassembly or filter element replacement.

Charging System

Electrical Control System

• Components: Branded electrical components with protection functions for phase sequence switching, leakage, phase loss, overheating, and thermal relays.
• Design: Multi-stage linkage control to prevent equipment damage from misoperation; custom phase sequence protection with 500V withstand voltage for high reliability.

Safety System

• Triple pressure protection devices for explosion and damage prevention.
• Grounding: Equipped with safety grounding bolts for easy grounding.
• Structure: Enclosed box design to isolate operators from internal machinery, providing dustproof, waterproof, and noise-reduction protection.

Pipeline System

• Pipes: High-quality red copper pipes with wall thickness ≥1.6 mm, arranged horizontally and vertically.
• Connections: Red copper connectors used for welding at all bends and joints (not simple stretched bends), with silver-impregnated welding for high strength and toughness, ensuring no leakage.

Storage System

• Gas storage tanks: Designed, manufactured, and tested per GB 150 Steel Pressure Vessels, each with a unique certificate number issued by national authorities.
• Accessories: Standard pressure gauges and digital display of C4 pressure.

Operation System

• Control: Full PLC automation with an 15-inch color touchscreen.
• Interface: Graphical operation interface with built-in schematic diagrams of the recovery process, supporting one-key automatic operation and manual operation by clicking on device graphics in the schematic.
• Safety: Comprehensive protection against misoperation, with real-time fault indication and troubleshooting guidance; Chinese language mode available.

• C4 Automatic Recovery Device System Diagram

• Structure: The whole machine is equipped with a closed metal protective shell, with maintenance doors and windows reserved. Large-diameter universal wheels are installed at the bottom for easy movement, and high-strength crossbeams allow forklift lifting. Detachable lifting lugs are mounted on the four corners of the top for convenient hoisting.

Introduction

3M™ Novec™ 4710 Insulating Gas is a sustainable alternative to sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) for electrical equipment

insulation and arc quenching applications. It offers excellent dielectric properties, a wide range of operating

temperatures and significant reductions in environmental impacts compared to SF6. Novec 4710 gas is non-

flammable and has a wide safety margin for workers when used as designed for intended applications. This

SF6 alternative also has important environmental properties such as low global warming potential (GWP) when

mixed with inert gases and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Novec 4710 gas in pure form has a relative

dielectric strength two times greater than SF6 at a given pressure.

On December 20, 2022, 3M announced that it will cease production of 58 Per/polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) products, including perfluoroisobutyronitrile (C4F7N, 3M Novec 4710) and perfluoropentanone (C5F10, 3M Novec 5110), by the end of 2025 to reduce or eliminate the impact of PFAS on climate, environment, and ecological health.
