The ST-19A digital Burgundy viscometer is a specialized instrument used to measure the Burgundy viscosity of gelatin. It is designed and manufactured according to the QB2354 standard for medicinal gelatin, and also complies with QB/T1995,GB6783,GB13731,QB/1996. The measurement of Burgundy viscosity of gelatin is an important indicator reflecting the level of gelatin production technology and controlling the quality of gelatin production.
