Scope of Application
It can be used to produce yarn with specific length and twist count, which is suitable for calculating yarn count or strength testing. It is equipped with an extensible yarn frame with a circumference of 1 meter, 36 inches or 54 inches (optional), as well as a bobbin frame, pre-tension device and warning counter.
Structural Principle
1. Truly single-chip microcontroller control, mature and reliable electrical circuit: smooth start and stop, low operating noise, accurate counting, no overrun phenomenon, good reliability and low failure rate.
2. Electronic counter integrated with single-chip microcontroller design.
3. Has real-time speed measurement function.
4. Continuous stepless speed regulation.
5. Can set to decelerate before final stop, smooth stop rotation, greatly avoiding overrun phenomenon.
6. Dynamic measurement by sensor, LED display.
Features and Functions
1. The overall structure is designed to be sturdy, and it is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, ensuring long lifespan and excellent stability.
2. It can be equipped with a pre-tensioning device according to requirements, improving the accuracy of single wire testing.
3. It is equipped with a counter that can preset the fixed length of wire winding, facilitating operation and use.
4. It can be equipped with a pressure-proof dust cover to prevent dust from falling and protect the operation from the risk of being pinched.
5. It is equipped with an emergency safety switch.
