Product Overview
This machine is mainly used for quenching tests of small parts in laboratories. It features oil temperature display, automatic heating, and high-speed stirring. The quenching tank body is welded from stainless steel plates, making it sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. A high-speed stirrer is installed on the upper part of the quenching tank, which can quickly dissipate heat from the workpiece surface, accelerating the cooling time and ensuring uniform quenching hardness. The quenching tank is equipped with a lid to extinguish flames and reduce oil surface combustion during quenching.
Structural Features
1. The quenching tank body is welded from thickened, high-quality 304 stainless steel plates, providing strong corrosion resistance, sturdiness, and an elegant appearance.
2. A temperature control system is installed on the side, displaying the oil temperature in the tank in real time. The tank is equipped with heating elements for automatic temperature control.
3. It features a stirring function. The stirring motor uses a variable-speed motor, allowing for adjustable stirring speed, high power, and low noise, ensuring uniform quenching temperature.
4. The material basket uses a foot pedal lifting mechanism for easy and quick removal of workpieces, saving labor.
5. The top is equipped with a slanted work surface, facilitating the filtration of residual quenching oil after the workpieces are removed.
6. The bottom of the tank is equipped with casters with brakes for easy movement and transportation.
7. The top of the tank is equipped with a stainless steel lid. In case of fire on the oil surface, the lid can be used to extinguish the flames, ensuring safety and reliability.
8. The side of the oil tank is equipped with an oil drain valve for convenient replacement of quenching oil.
