BGD 501 Automatic Loop Adhesiontester Electric Adhesion Testing Machine
1.Description:
Evaluating the adhesion of the coating film to the substrate by the circle method is one of the most traditional methods in China. This method draws many circles of the same diameter continuously on the tested coating film by specially designed instruments, these circles overlap each other at a certain distance, and then divide them into seven parts according to the size of the area of the intersection part of the circles. When evaluating, the integrity of each part of the paint film is checked, and the part with more than 70% of the area of the paint film intact is assessed with the corresponding grade.
BGD 501 is the latest fully automatic adhesion tester, which meets the requirements of GB/T 1720 standard and has the following features compared with other traditional machines in China:
*Aluminum oxidation body, high-grade, beautiful, lightweight.
*Special indicator light automatically determines whether the scratching needle passes through the coating film to the substrate, featuring accurate and convenient operation.
*Special precision processing needles to ensure good consistency between different needles.
*Motorized completion of the scratch circle, uniform speed, constant strength, test results have a high degree of reproducibility and comparability.
*Sliding platform facilitates multiple tests at different positions of the same test plate.
*Rotatable working arm design, it is very convenient to change the scratching needle and test plate.
*Adopting double nuts to adjust the screw clearance makes the platform run more smoothly and reduces the error caused by the thread clearance, making the data more accurate.
*The working table adopts double guide rail limit, which is smoother than single guide rail.
*The single test can be returned to the starting point by pressing the key after completion of the test.
*Specialized tools scraping needle installation and disassembly more convenient and quick.
*Precision machining threads to control the diameter of the scraping circle, more accurate test results.
*Accurate positioning of the starting point and end point of the working table strictly ensures that each test can reach the standard stroke.
*Multi-stage weight combination to get the most suitable weight load.
*Weighing disk independent rotation design reduces the influence of its inertia on the test load during operation.
