Product Introduction
Under a certain contact pressure, this machine features sliding motion friction forms at normal temperature (or high temperature and various flowing media), and is equipped with a stepless speed regulation system. It can be used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of materials such as metals, plastics, coatings, rubbers, and ceramics under extremely low or high speeds. Moreover, it has a large expansion space for friction pairs, such as low-speed pin-on-disc (with large and small discs, single and triple pins) friction function, ball-on-disc, slurry wear, and lip seal torque of rubber sealing rings tests.
This testing machine is a precision mechanical and electrical integrated testing instrument. It adopts a stable lever loading mechanism to ensure accurate force values. The main shaft motor is a self-developed servo integrated speed regulation system and motor, featuring stable speed, large torque, wide speed regulation range and low noise. Measured parameters include friction force, test time and test cycle (main shaft revolutions). All parameters can be preset according to the material under study to achieve the best usage effect. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will be on and the main shaft will stop rotating. All measurement axis results can be displayed in real time on the computer screen, and the test curve can be recorded and saved simultaneously.
