1.Description:
The RSQ06-II Ceramic Tile Thermal Shock Resistance Tester (Fully Automatic) is a device suitable for testing the thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles. It features automatic temperature and time control, automatic test cycle control, and timing functions. This equipment is reliable in operation, simple to handle, and provides accurate data. It has both manual and automatic functions and complies with the requirements of GB/T 3810.9 - 2016 "Test of Thermal Shock Resistance of Ceramic Tiles" and ISO 10545-9: 2013 "Test of Thermal Shock Resistance of Ceramic Tiles" for test equipment, as well as the requirements of GB/T 3298 - 2008 "Test Method for Thermal Shock Resistance of Daily Use Ceramic Ware". This machine adopts an upper and lower box structure. The upper box is a heating oven that automatically maintains the set temperature and time; the lower box is a water tank that automatically maintains the set temperature and time. The automatic circulation of the sample in the oven and the water tank is achieved through the lifting part control. The tester is mainly composed of a heating oven, a water tank, a refrigeration system, a sample rack lifting part, a heating oven automatic door opening and closing part, and an electrical control system.
