ST007AP Gluten Tester is used by grain processing and metering departments to determine the gluten content, gluten index, and gluten water retention in flour and wheat flour. It consists of a gluten washing instrument, an index tester (centrifuge), and a drying instrument. The technical indicators shall comply with the national standards GB/T14608-93 and SB/T10248-95.
