ERP System:
Automation and knowledge are the orientations of our company operations.We have introduced Sanying's ERP system and advanced equipment for production and examination from abroad to increase our quality.In Sanying,every production procedure and every
machine station are connected to the ERP system to achieve our high-speed production,accurate measurements,and process knoelwdge to guarantee production quality.
Automated Storage:
Contains solidification room,plate storage,semi-finished products,and finished products.
Nearly 14,000 positions,covers an area of 1800m²,which all positions are connected to the ERP system to automatically control movement.
Purification Plant:
Based on GMP standard,Sanying built a 3353m² purification plant of 1000,000-grade including printing,laminating,slitting,pouch and tube making.
Automatic Feeding&Recycling System:
We have introduced the solvent feeding system and recycling equipment,which provide the greatest degree of improvement in the workshop production environment,and recycling of waste solvent regeneration.
Exhaust Gas Treatment System:
Through compression ignition,in full compliance with national standards.
