This chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting machines. The product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle with a chuck in the middle, which can firmly clamp the workpiece while rotating. Fast clamping and unclamping action can be achieved through the side-swivel air inlet, and the air source must be disconnected for work. The direct output of the cylinder is adopted, and the output force and air pressure are linearly proportional, which is easy to realize software control.
The product has high mechanical efficiency, small energy loss, large output clamping force, stable clamping force, and has strong competitiveness compared with similar products in the market. The axial dimension of the chuck is small, and the cost for realizing the zero tailing is lower.
