Description:
The metal shaper Machine ram could be straight reciprocating motion ,and the Tool rest could rotary to multiple angle in the vertical plan. Also it is manually feeding. the workbench takes along the work pieces making the intermittent horizontal or vertical feed movement. The machine could process plan, groove, dovetail surface ,also could process the forming surface ,and also could cut the work pieces fixed on workbench by the reciprocating motion tool rest.
The use of advanced ultra-audio quenching process, so that the machine life longer. It is Suitable for planing various small and medium parts of the plane, T-slot and molding surface, can be used for single and batch production. Optimized principle design, machine appearance, easy to operate. Vertical, horizontal guide surface with rectangular guide, better stability.
Features:
1. The table of the shaper can be rotated horizontally and lifted, allowing for inclined plane shaping and increasing its versatility.
2. The feed system of the shaper uses a cam mechanism to adjust the feeding speed, making it convenient and efficient to adjust.
3. The shaper is equipped with safety devices to prevent overload on the cutting system. If there is careless operation, external influences, or cutting overload, it will automatically switch to a self-skid mode to avoid damage to the machine.
