KPD series low-voltage rail power transfer cart is to reduce the 380V power to 36V voltage, send it to the transfer cart through the conductive rail (parallel running track), and then boost to 380V to supply the AC motor to drive the transfer cart to travel on the rail. Its main features are: Because no cables are needed, it is not only safe, but also not afraid of being scalded, smashed, or hindering transportation. It is easy to realize remote control and automation, and it can drive on curves and roundabouts. The number of step-down devices is appropriately increased, and it is not limited by the running distance of the flat car. It brings great convenience to the transportation of the factory.
When the rail transfer cart runs on the track, it is inevitable that there will be sparks, so avoid using it in flammable and explosive occasions. If the carbon brush is found to be on fire during use, it should be checked in time. If the carbon brushes are severely worn, the carbon brushes should be replaced in time. In the process of use, attention should be paid to cleaning up the sundries on the track, so as not to affect the power supply of the flat car. The sundries on the track will affect the power extraction of the flat car, so attention should be paid to keeping the track clean and tidy. When a conductor accidentally falls on the track, the power should be disconnected first, and then the conductor should be removed.
