KPX series 1-500 Ton Custom Factory Battery Powered Coil Material Handling Transfer Cart is designed for coils transport in the workshop. It is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the transfer carts and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The transfer cart is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
This kinds coil material handling cart is widely used in steel coil transport, and it also has a wide application range to transfer cargoes of foundry, galvanized coils and sheets, steel tubes and pipes, steel mills, weldments and blast furnace slag. And can be used in auto mobile assembly line, machinery parts storage line to finish cargo movement in different places. There is no room limit, it is more convenient for in-plant transportation.

1. Load-Bearing Transport
Load-bearing transport is the most basic and important function of transfer cart

This series of motorized transfer cart have the function of running on S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.

The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the motorized transfer cart to achieve lifting and other functions
